Course description

Healing Hatha Yoga – Return to yourself!

Healing breath and mindful movements, to awaken your body’s natural ability to heal.

During this course we’ll breathe a lot – mindfully and intentionally. Using the breath to re-connect to our own true selves – that means shedding the layers. The layers of other people’s expectations, your own high demands to yourself and the social dictation of what we are supposed to do, to fit in. Let it go, and find out who you really are – deep in your very essence.

Finding the core of our own being, have the courage to listen to that little whisper inside and stand up for yourself as the amazing being you are, is the goal of this course.

We will go through different themes in the philosophy of yoga. Have a talk (or listen) about them. We will do some physical yoga adapted to the theme of the day. And integrate our practice through a deep savasana.

What can I expect when i join a Healing Hatha Yoga class?
Pranayama, meditation, visualization and yoga nidra are just some of the tools we will use to go deeper and release what we think are, so we can bloom in who we were born to be.

A deep, transforming and fun course!

Dittemaria Søndergaard is RYT500 within the tantric hatha yoga. Wherever she goes, yoga follows. She’s been teaching in Australia, Indonesia (where she lived for a while), Denmark (where she grew up) and Sweden.
She is a deeply devoted teacher that knows, that yoga takes courage, if you wish to allow the beautiful change, yoga can bring, to take place. She has experienced and witnessed the transformational powers yoga has, and are passionate to share them.
The focal point in all her classes whether it’s yoga or meditation, fun or releasing, intense or relaxing, is the breath. Dittemaria believes that the fastest route to the present moment is the breath. “And we need to slow down and become more present in our lives”.
She moved to Malmö in the end of 2016, and her Swedish/Danish is self-taught (bear with her). In 2017 she started Breathing Break Yoga with her partner.
“What I absolutely love about teaching a course at Infinite Yoga, is the possibility to go deeper. Yoga has so much to offer, so why not enjoy the full package?”
